French Repeating Carriage Clock
with Original Travel Case and Key

This beautiful two-tone, silver and gold cased piece (ca. 1890) has an unsigned eight-day, time and strike movement with hour repeat on demand plus an alarm.  The hour and half-hour strike and the alarm hammer strike on the same coiled gong.

The original lever platform has been completely serviced.  The leather-bound travel case (with some losses) and the key are original.  The original beveled glass panels are in excellent condition.
